Invites the various health professionals, members of AHPSI, to register to offer prevention and education services within our great health fair, “decide to be healthy” to be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021, noon until 4pm, within the 18th annual parade and parade of the county of Essex, in Newark, New Jersey, our thanks to the board of directors of the Dominican parade and festival of Essex, Glenis Mojica, President, Carlos Cruz, general secretary, for allowing us to offer medical services within this health fair.
Health Fair Venue:
201 Bloomfield Ave, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
WHAT IS THE FAIR HOURS?

Measure blood pressure.
Glucose, sugar.
Dental screening.
Massage.
Nutritional counseling.
Psychological Counseling.
Information on how to obtain health insurance.
Medical Referral.
COVID 19 testing
Massage
Please register in advance to offer services.
